Jim is the long-time coach of Wisconsin B, perennially one of the most successful and competitive developmental programs in the country, a member of the Minneapolis mixed team the Millers, and North Central Developmental Conference Coordinator.
This webinar is dedicated to building successful college programs through Development teams. Topics span the entire development spectrum, from creating a B-team and establishing it as a critical part of your program, to the unique challenges faced by new and mature B-teams. Parts of this talk may also be valuable to newer programs which are years away from Dev expansion, as many newer programs face challenges similar to Dev teams.
