Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
 
 
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.

CUDA members and friends come join us for our first Holiday Hat Tournament!* This will be an outdoor mini (5v5) tournament with some holiday fun. Cost: is $15 prior to the event and $20 (cash only) day of the event. (Snacks and warm drinks will also be provided.) Date/Time: Saturday December 03 from 11:00am to 4:00pm. Location: Park of Roses (the meadow - same fields as Summer League) *Sleigh-Out is open to anyone who has at least a local USAU 2016 membership. (This includes anyone who, in 2016, played in a USAU sanctioned tournament, any CUDA league, the CHSUL, or the CUDA Youth Summer League and is at least 16 years old). Participants must be able to prove USAU membership at the tournament.
