The Eugene Middle School Ultimate Girls' Ultimate Movement League is open to all girls attending any middle school in Lane County (please contact local organizer Erin Maloney, if this doesn't apply to your player--she can approve exceptions!). All skill levels are welcome!

*No membership is required to attend this GUM league. A free event membership is offered as a low-barrier way for youth to get involved in ultimate. The membership ensures that participants receive insurance and liability coverage at the clinic. Learn more about membership benefits here,

**Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate
insurance and liability waiver and
medical authorization form in order to attend the clinic. The waiver can be completed online by clicking on 'Waiver Expired (Inactive)' or you can bring a signed and completed hard copy the day of the league. You must bring the completed medical authorization form to the GUM league.
