1. Teams must be registered for the event by 5:00pm MT on the Monday prior to the start of the event.
2. The schedule will be posted by 8:00am MT on the Tuesday prior to the start of the event.
3. Final Event Rosters are due by 5:00pm MT on the Wednesday prior to the start of the event.
4. And Final Scores will be posted on 8:00am MT on the Monday after the event.

Philly Invite is part of Lehigh Valley SportsFest, an annual four-day event featuring 50 sports founded to promote amateur athletic competition and drawing competitors from throughout the region, including Philadelphia, Western Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, New York and the surrounding states.

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
 
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
