Important Dates and Deadlines:

October 6: Confirm Attendance. Please send your confirmation to Ty Krajec (tyler@hq.usaultimate.org) and include your shirt size and a head shot for the coaches.

October 24: Tryout Player Fee Due. If you are under 18 years old, this is also the deadline to submit the USAU Medical Authorization Form and Parent/Player Agreement.

Player Fees: $155/person

This is the West Coast Tryout Camp for the 2015 U-23 Mixed, Open and Women's National Teams.

What to Bring:

Cleats
Sneakers
Disc
Water bottle (water will be provided at fields)
Snacks (energy bars/fruit/sports drink powder)
Clothes to play Ultimate in for two days including light and dark jersey
Layers for inclement weather
