For over three decades, Brent Steepe has created principles and practices to allow athletes of all disciplines to succeed at their chosen sport with minimal injury. Although accidents may happen, injuries should never be the result of improper training protocols, and all conditioning activities should seek to develop athletes in such a way that they can endure the demands of their respective season(s).
This registration is for certified high school and middle school coaches only. Foundational coaches must use the alternative registration.
