Come to learn to play ultimate or refine your skills then stay for the New York Gridlock Ultimate game!
When: Saturday, May 4 from 5:00-6:30 pm. Registration begins at 4:30 pm.
Who: Middle School and High School Aged Girls

Join New York Gridlock Ultimate and the Premier Ultimate League for an evening of free ultimate! Come learn to play ultimate or refined your skills. Meet PUL players and stay for the game.
 
Do you play ultimate like a girl? Do you want to watch and cheer for ultimate like a girl? New York Gridlock Ultimate (NYGL) is hosting a Girls' Ultimate Movement clinic. No previous ultimate or disc throwing experience necessary. This is a great way to improve your skills, try out ultimate or even meet new friends. Bring a friend and join in the fun!
 
After the clinic, stay and root for your home team, New York Gridlock Ultimate, as they take on the Columbus Pride and grow your girl-powered game too! Entrance to the game is free for all!
 
GUM participants will have a chance to meet and greet with Premier Ultimate League players and coaches and participate in a half-time presentation.
 
Attendees receive a free disc or headband. Supplies are limited, so show up early.
 
All ultimate, all fun, all free!  
*No membership is required to attend Girls' Ultimate Movement clinics. A free one day membership is offered at GUM clinics as a low-barrier way for youth to get involved in ultimate. The membership ensures that participants receive insurance and liability coverage at the clinic. Learn more about membership benefits here, usaultimate.org/membership/benefits.aspx.
 
**Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate insurance and liability waiver and medical authorization form in order to attend the clinic. You must bring the completed medical authorization form to the GUM clinic. You can consent to the USA Ultimate Waiver via the registration form to the left or by bringing a signed paper copy to the clinic.
