See "Event Registration & Rostering Participants" (and if your team isn't yet in the USAU system for 2015, you'll need to either Roll It Over from 2014 or create it per "How to Create a Team & Add Personnel").
Each team will need to roster at least one adult (age 21+) chaperone for this league (with a completed NCSI background check in the past 2 yrs & a signed 2015 waiver) who will hold onto the players' Medical Authorization Forms (signed & filled out by a parent).
To help your players/parents sign their 2015 waivers & renew/purchase 2015 memberships, see "Sign Annual Waiver Online" and "Pay your own annual membership dues" (or "Pay annual membership dues for Team Personnel").
