Washington High School Girls State Championships - Rules

11th edition rules. Quarterfinals: Games to 13, cap at 15. Hard cap at 80 minutes. 1 time out per half plus 1 floater. After the hard cap each team has 1 timeout left regardless of how many it had left previously. Semis/Finals: Games to 15, cap at 17. Hard cap at 100 minutes. 1 time out per half plus 1 floater. After the hard cap each team has 1 timeout left regardless of how many it had left previously. A timekeeper will call out 50/60/70/80/90 second intervals between points and for time outs.
