1. Team Registration (includes approval for non-regular season teams) - 5:00pm MT on the Monday prior to the start of the event.
2. Schedule - 8:00am MT on the Tuesday prior to the start of the event.
3. Final Event Rosters - 5:00pm MT on the Wednesday prior to the start of the event.
4. Final Scores - 8:00am MT on the Monday after the event.

The 2nd Annual NW Mixed Cup is back again in 2015. The Mixed Cup seeks to draw the best mixed teams from the Western United States for an 8 team, 2 day tournament. Teams will be guaranteed at least 6 games and will have the opportunity to play high level competition throughout the weekend. We are accommodating bids, emailed to Meagan Todd @ todd (dot) meag (at) gmail (dot) com. Magnuson park, located just outside of downtown Seattle, hosts gorgeous grass fields and is in an ideal location to enjoy the city. Find plenty of local breweries, restaurants, bars, parks, etc. just nearby. We're also happy to help your team with finding housing for the weekend, just ask. The likelihood of a tournament party on Saturday night is very high... location TBD.

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
 
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
