12 teams - Number of Bids to Regionals: 5 +2 Auto byes to Regionals: Drag'n Thrust, NOISE All Games to 13, win by 2 point cap at 15. Two timeouts per half. Timeouts unaffected by caps. Each team has one timeout in overtime (12-12). Soft cap 85 mins: Finish the point, add 2 to highest score, play to that, no more win by 2. Hard cap 110 mins: Finish the point, if the game is tied, play 1 more. If the game is not tied, it is over.
