ALL GAMES ALL ROUNDS:
- Soft Cap at 70 min Hard Cap at 90
- Games to 13 hard at 15
- Halftime is five minutes
- Each team has two timeouts per half.
 
GOOD REMINDERS THAT ARE ALWAYS TRUE (not just this event)
- Regardless of how many timeouts a team has used before overtime, during overtime, each team has one timeout
- Overtime = a game is in overtime if tied at one point less than the original game total (i.e., in a game to 13,  overtime occurs when the score reaches 12-12).
- Caps don't affect timeouts
