Tournament Guidelines: 11th Edition Rules will govern all play. Field Rules: NO ALCOHOL, DRUGS, OR PETS!! Please remember that you are on a university facility. There will be restrooms at the pavilion and port-a-lets for the south fields; please handle your business there. Your team will be asked to leave if you are found noncompliant to any of these rules. Reporting Scores: Once games are over, please text the TDs your scores. We will attempt to update the USAU page, but we will at least have the results available at tournament headquarters. Be Green: We are attempting to make this tournament as green as possible. There will be trashcans available at the fields, but you will also be given a clear plastic bag for recyclables. Please throw all trash and recyclables in their respective containers. When thinking about what to bring to the tournament, please try to bring reusable water bottles, such as Nalgenes. We will have water coolers available for refill. What’s provided in your bid: Volunteers will be refilling ice-water in coolers at the fields. There will be a red shade tent provided for each team on each sideline. Please leave these as you travel from field to field and clean up under and around them after each game. Tournament food will be available at tournament headquarters on both North and South side. We are providing a BBQ dinner around 5:15 pm for those who have bought dinner at the pavilion on the North Side. We will provide those teams with dinner tickets. There will be athletic trainers available throughout the tournament. It will be sunny and hot. Be smart and bring water and sunscreen. Your team may also want to bring an extra shade tent.

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
