The Learn to Play clinic at the
2016 D-I College Championships
is for boys and girls ages 8-16. No previous ultimate or disc throwing experience necessary!

WRAL Soccer Park- Raleigh, NC
When:
Saturday, May 28 from 10:00 am-12:00 pm
Cost:
FREE! Each participant will receive a free disc, sticker and handout!
In order to sign up for the Learn to Play clinic, each participant will need a free USA Ultimate username and password, which you can sign up for here with an email address that is unique to the participant and is not shared with another USA Ultimate username email address,

*No membership is required to attend Learn to Play clinics. A free one day membership is offered at Learn to Play clinics as a low-barrier way for youth to get involved in ultimate. The membership ensurres that participants receive insurance and liability coverage at the clinic. Learn more about membership benefits here,

**Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate
insurance and liability waiver
and
medical authorization form
in order to attend the clinic. The waiver can be completed online by clicking on 'Waiver Expired (Inactive)' or you can bring a signed and completed hard copy the day of the clinic. You must bring the completed medical authorization form to the Learn to Play clinic.
