Pennsylvania D-I College Women's CC - Rules

Pool play games 13 win by two, capped at 15, 2 time outs per half. Bracket play games are to 15 win by two capped at 17, 2 time-outs per half. Hard cap will be at 90 minutes. There will be 100 minutes in each round so there is time for spirit circles. Caps do not affect time-outs.
