The course is designed to provide you with some information on the topics below, but it is also designed to spark reflection in your approach to coaching and coaching style.
Each of the topics below is addressed via video presentations that you can complete at your own pace. After you complete all the videos, you will be eligible to take the College Coach Certification test. The test will cover material presented in the videos, in the manual (which you can download at the end of the course), and some basic rules. The test will also ask you a series of reflective questions that are previewed in the course.
The course will take about two hours to complete.
Please allow a week to receive the link to the course; they are usually sent out on Thursdays.
Once you complete the videos, please email sam@hq.usaultimate.org for the College Coach Certification Test link. Please indicate that you are requesting the College Certification Test.

To aid in diversifying the coaching community, USA Ultimate is offering grants to coaches from underrepresented groups who may need financial assistance. If you are needing financial assistance and meet either of the criteria below, you are eligible for a RAD grant to cover the cost of the certification clinic.

Clinic Refund Policy
USA Ultimate does refund clinic fees. If you cannot attend a clinic, we will transfer the fee to another coaching clinic.
