Please note that some changes are in store for the coaching program starting December 1, 2021. You must complete the coach membership test by noon MST December 10, 2021 or you will need to take a different test. Another change will be charging for the new test so get it done!
Please use the clinic registration to request the coach membership test AFTER viewing the coaching videos on your member dashboard as part of the educational requirements. In addition to questions from the video, there are rules questions as well. A rule book is available at the
USAU website.
Please allow a week for the test link to be sent. Please note the invitation will be sent to the email associated with your account. If that email is not current, please update the information and then register for the test.
The test is multiple choice or choose all that apply. A passing grade is 80%. You are allowed one immediate re-take if you do not pass. You may use the same email link to retake the test.
