90 minute rounds
Hard cap at 70 minutes indicated by a single long horn blast. After that point, if the game is tied, add 1 and play to that number. If the game is not tied, the game is over. If the hard cap horn is sounded during a point, that cap is applied once that point is over
Each team will have 1 timeout per half, each timeout should last 90 seconds, please be mindful how short 90 seconds actually is. Halftime should last no more than 5 minutes. There are no timeouts once the cap is applied
