Games to 13, 1 timeout/half plus a floater, horn at 75 minutes.
 
Cap Rule:  When the horn sounds at 75 minutes, the cap goes on after the next point scored.  If the game is tied when capped, play universe point.  If the game is not tied when capped, it is finished.
