> WHERE: CONSOL Energy Sports Complex at Turner Valley outside of Pittsburgh, PA
> LODGING: Pittsburgh Ultimate is working with Visit Monroeville to set aside room blocks and find us the best deals (most hotels in this area are already completely booked!). Please click HERE to choose which hotel is best for your team.
> QUALIFICATION:
- ALL TEAMS: All teams must meet all of the requirements for your district qualifying event (PHUL Spring League, PHUEL Cities)
- BOYS TEAMS: Boys teams must place high enough in the local qualifying event to qualify. Exact bid numbers per region will be determined in March. For an example, in 2017: PHUL had 7, CPHUL had 1, and PHUEL had 8.
- GIRLS TEAMS: All girls teams are welcome to attend. Results from the local qualifying events will help determine seeding for States, but all interested teams automatically qualify.
> COST: The bid fee for States is $400.
This covers liability insurance, fields, bathrooms, food & water, trophies, athletic trainers, and staffing. More amenities to be announced.

> CHAPERONES/COACHES: Chaperones and coaches must be listed on the roster 2 weeks prior to the Championship (May 11). Chaperones must begin the background check a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the Championship and should begin it now to ensure prompt completion of this process. Additional information can be found HERE.
> REGISTRATION: Please be sure you are fully registered on USAU - all players, chaperones, coaches. Please check with your local person for info as needed.
> EVENT CONTACT: We must have a contact list for all teams in case of weather problems. Please email christie@pghultimate.org with your contact info and at least two phone numbers for your team.
> REQUIRED FORMS: USAU Medical forms must be filled out for every player under 18 and carried with the team chaperone for the event. These are subject to inspection at event registration. All liability waivers must be completed ONLINE prior to the event.
> ROSTER DEADLINE: The absolute last day for changes to rosters is Wednesday, May 23. No changes will be permitted after Wednesday, May 23.
> VOLUNTEERS: If any team has parents or friends who would like to volunteer for the tournament for a couple hours or the whole day, please email Christie@pghultimate.org.
