COVID Protocol

  • FXU Screener/Questionnaire to be completed by coaches the morning of May 22nd by ALL players and non-players.  We are not collecting these but coaches will be reminded.
  • Masks required for all players (no neckies or gaiters); this goes for all personnel as well as coaches, parents, and volunteers
  • Sideline distancing including team areas to prevent sideline mingling between teams; coaches will be able to walk the sidelines
  • Coaches and managers perform On-site check-in. This means temperature checks
  • Start and half-time sanitation of discs
  • Three Sanitization Stations at the Public Restrooms, Field Entry, and Tent Central
  • NO Merchandise
  • NO field water access - plan ahead!
  • NO tournament food. Teams will need to bring their own snacks.
  • Spectators: Sidelines are for Coaches and Players ONLY. Spectators can watch from the North/South ends of the playing fields.
 

 

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS:  This event will adhere to the Return To Play Guidelines, and have COVID contingencies in place.  Due to the rapidly changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, all events and teams will be expected to comply with local, state, and USA Ultimate medical and safety requirements for the event. 

New Rules: State Championships will run under the new 2020-21 Rules.
