2022 Regional Talent ID Camp: New England Ultimate

Camp Times: Registration begins at 8:00 am with camp running 8:30 am-5:00 pm on Saturday, July 16
Who: Players ages 14-18. To be eligible to tryout for the 2024 World Junior Ultimate Championships (WJUC) in the next tryout cycle, athletes must be at least 14 years old by the date of the camp and must not turn 20 before January 1, 2025.
 
Players don't have to meet the tryout requirements to attend the camp as it will still be a beneficial player development opportunity.
Where: Oxbow Marina, Northampton, MA
Cost: $115 includes U.S. National Team reversible tank and disc. If you would like lunch included choose the $125 option at registration. 
Registration Deadline: Monday, July 4 at 11:59 pm MST 
No refunds will be given after July 5, 2022.
Please note that you must pay at the same time you register. 

U.S. National Team Coach Eileen Murray will run the camp. The camp is designed to give attendees insight and experience in the skills, tactics and games utilized at National Team tryouts. It will be an opportunity for players to receive a better understanding of the U.S. National Team culture and tryout process. The camp will also give campers and coaches a chance to learn each other's playing and coaching styles.
 
Eileen started playing ultimate in Tucson, AZ in 1993. After moving to Atlanta, GA in 1996, Eileen first made the Ozone roster in 1998 and played her first nationals in Sarasota, FL that year. Eileen played with Ozone until 2006 and competed in 9 national and 3 world championship tournaments. After retiring from the women's division, she continued to play in the mixed, masters and grandmasters divisions. Her most recent playing accomplishment was winning bronze with the Atlantiques in PAUC 2015. Eileen started coaching in 2001 for a high school boys team and has coached in the college, club and professional divisions (MLU, AUDL, and PUL) and was the head coach of two national teams (U19 women 2008 and WBUC Mixed 2017).
 
If there are enough registrants, campers will be divided up by gender.

  • This camp is not a tryout for the U.S. National Team.
  • Attendance at this camp is not a requirement nor any guarantee of acceptance into the U.S.National Team tryout process or U.S. National Teams themselves.

You can consent to the USA Ultimate Waiver and Infectious Diseases Waiver via the registration form to the left, your USA Ultimate member account or by completing a signed paper copy and submitting it at the clinic.
