Club Post Season Deadlines -

1. Friday, August 23, 5 PM MDT: Team Registration for ALL teams.

Registration must include a valid roster of at least 10 players

2. Wednesday, September 4, 5 PM MDT: Final Event Rosters

There is one postseason roster, No additions permitted for Regionals or Nationals after this deadline

3. Wednesday before the event 5 PM local time: Final Schedule Posted 

4. Monday 8 AM: Final Scores Completed

PARKING

The complex has several parking lots that you can access through Stevenson Blvd. If you are driving, make sure you do not leave any valuables in your car to avoid break ins.

 

BATHROOMS

Bathrooms are located near the picnic tables and also along the pathway between the grass fields. See bathroom locations on the field map.There are additional bathrooms on the other side but you can't see them on the map.


FIELD RULES

- All dogs must be on leash

- No dogs allowed on the playing field

- No alcohol

- No glass containers

- Please collect your trash. We have trash bags at tournament central for every team. After the tournament, please dispose of your trash at home, do not overflow the public trash bins.

Spirit of the Game  -  SOTG is the most important aspect of our sport, it is the defining element of Ultimate. We believe that the higher the level of competition, the higher the level of spirit of the game. Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.

 

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.

 

Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).

 

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
