Club Post Season Deadlines -

1. Friday, August 23, 5 PM MDT: Team Registration for ALL teams.

Registration must include a valid roster of at least 10 players

2. Wednesday, September 4, 5 PM MDT: Final Event Rosters

There is one postseason roster, No additions permitted for Regionals or Nationals after this deadline

3. Wednesday before the event 5 PM local time: Final Schedule Posted 

4. Monday 8 AM: Final Scores Completed

INCLEMENT WEATHER & EXTREME HEAT INFORMATION

 

 

 

PARKING

The complex has a parking lot that charges $5 (cash only). The gates will open at 6:30 AM. There are a total of 335 parking spaces available, 8 of which are designated handicap spaces, we strongly encourage carpooling as the parking lot usually fills out throughout the day.

 

If you are driving, make sure you do not leave any valuables in your car to avoid break ins.

Important parking rules to avoid violations and event shut-down:

  • NO PARKING on/in front of the emergency vehicle access ramp
  • NO PARKING in handicap spots without a proper permit
  • NO PARKING outside of fence lines
  • NO PARKING along the sides of the freeway, canal banks or in front of the garage building
  • Venue staff will be on-site assisting with parking, please follow their instructions

BATHROOMS

Please note, there are bathrooms located on both the west side (next to the parking lot) and on the north side of the fields. In addition, we also ordered two extra porta potties to meet demand, which will be situated next to the west-side bathrooms.

 

FIELD RULES

  • No dogs allowed
  • No glass containers
  • Please collect your trash and properly dispose of it in one of the bins that are placed around the fields. We have trash bags at tournament central for every team.

Spirit of the Game

 

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. 

 

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.

 

Provisions & Amenities - A list of important items that should be provided at the tournament. (Note not all items may be provided at regular season or recreation events, such as logos, event guides, shelter etc.).

 

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
