Tournament Bid Fee: Please go here to pay your Bid Fee.

Parking: There should be plenty of parking. The best lots, closest to the field pods are Lot C, Lot D, and Lot E. If needed, Lot BB is there for overflow parking.

Fields and Sidelines: Per the field map, please only set up team gear on the larger (outside) sidelines of each pod of 2 fields. The middle sideline will be too small for tents or other stationary gear, consider it standing room only. This includes chairs. If you have spectators, they should set up chairs on the larger sidelines or around the end zones. Please do your best to police your own teams/spectators.

Trainers: We will have a med station on each pod of fields (see map). Arrival time for trainers will be set at 1 hour 15 minutes prior to game start each day. Trainers will have basic tapping supplies, but if you want something extra (ie KT Tape, Ace, etc) you will need to provide that yourself.

Water: Per usual, we will have water set up at stations around the field site. This field site is overly protective of their grass and will not allow us to drive carts on the grass other than for medical reasons. Therefore water stations will be set up around the perimeter and entrances of the field pods (see map for locations).

Restrooms: On the West Pod (fields 7A-12B), the restrooms are located in the building to the north of the pod. These are running water/flush bathrooms. On the East Pod (fields 13A-18B) restrooms are primarily porta units located at the entrances to the pods (see map).

Shade Tents: Altitude Ultimate will be providing shade tents to check out for those teams that need them. We ask that local teams bring their own tents if possible as we have limited inventory and would like to offer them to traveling teams first. Fill out the form linked here to reserve your shade tent and pick them up at tournament central on Saturday morning.

Lunch Program: Altitude Ultimate is partnering with Jimmy John's for lunches delivered to the field site. Each lunch is $9.50 and includes a 4in Sandwich, a bag of chips, a piece of fruit (clementine or banana), a granola bar, and a fruit snack pack. Pre-ordered lunches will be available for pickup between 11AM-1PM each day of the event at Tournament Central. If you/your team are interested, simply fill out the form linked here to order lunch.

Rostering Requirements: All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
