Tents or Canopies must be anchored with weights, not stakes (stakes do not hold on these fields

 

Between Fields 1/2, 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, and 9/10 the area between the fields is 10 yards, which is only enough for people- no backpacks, chairs, or tents are allowed on those sidelines. 

Between 4/5 and 8/9, as well as the outside of the fields Tents and bags are allowed, keep them 5 yards from the fields please for everybody's safety

Athletic Trainer will be onsite adjacent to Disc Central

 

Ambulance Mercy Flight 6 minutes from fields

 

Emergency Room:

United Memorial Medical Center

Turn left out of parking lot.

1.5 mile to Chandler Ave

Destination on left.

 

 

 

Weather:

In case of hazardous weather (Visible Lighting or Audible Thunder, or other dangerous conditions), games will be suspended until no thunder or lightning has been observed for 30 minutes.  Tournament officials will signal suspension of play by three blasts of the air horn, repeated at least twice.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. 

 

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.

 

 

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
