Welcome to the 15th Annual Chesapeake Open. 
 
We are back at the beautiful Maryland Soccer Plex (18031 Central Park Cir, Boyds, MD 20841). again this year and looking forward to hosting an incredible event.
 
****HOTEL INFORMATION ******
 
The team hotel is ready to accept your bookings!  We have set up a special room rate for Chesapeake Open players and fans at the Holiday Inn Gaithersburg. 
 
 To get this rate you must reserve your room(s) by July 22 by one of three methods:
 
 1) Online – using the following link:  Select a Room 
 
 2) National Reservations Line – 1-800-805-9865; reference the code CFT  (i.e. Chesapeake Frisbee Tournament) when making your reservation
 
 3) Call the hotel directly - 301-948-8900; reference the code CFT  (i.e. Chesapeake Frisbee Tournament) when making your reservation
 
 This year the tournament rate is $98.   A very reasonable rate and staying here helps the tournament make ends meet!
 
 Please make your reservations soon, the hotel is holding a block of rooms for us at this rate until July 22.  After that the rate only goes up!

Club Regular Season Deadlines -
1. Monday 5 PM MT prior to event: Team Registration 
2. Tuesday 8 AM: Schedule posted
3. Wednesday 5 PM: Final Event Rosters 
4. Monday 8 AM: Final Scores

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
  
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.
