We are pleased to announce that Panera Bread will be offering pre-ordered team meal deliveries to the Colorado HS State Championships at Dick’s Sporting Goods Park on May 2 & 3!  Simply contact Tara Vedoya to get an order form and place an order at tara.vedoya@panerabread.com (all orders must be placed by 3pm on Friday, May 1).

For delivery, please:

  • Order a minimum of 15 Boxed Lunches per order
  • One credit card per Boxed Lunch order
  • Place all orders by Friday, May 1 at 3:00pm

Please note these important deadlines:

1. Team Registration - 5:00pm MT on Friday, April 17th.

      -Please start this process immediately.  Only a chaperone and team manager are needed to complete this step.  Background checks for chaperones take two weeks to clear so please do not hesitate!

To register your team you’ll need to log in here and follow these instructions.  If you are returning a team from 2014 please pay particular attention to step 3.

2. Tournament Fee - Due Monday (4/20)

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
