1. Team Registration (includes approval for non-regular season teams) - 5:00pm MT on the Monday prior to the start of the event.
2. Schedule - 8:00am MT on the Tuesday prior to the start of the event.
3. Final Event Rosters - 5:00pm MT on the Wednesday prior to the start of the event.
4. Final Scores - 8:00am MT on the Monday after the event.

The Easterns Qualifier, in it’s 5th year of existence, is a qualifying event for Easterns and a great early season tournament. The top finishing team, not already accepted and attending Easterns will be given a free bid to Easterns 2015. Note that you do not have to attend the EQ to attend Easterns nor do you have to accept the free bid to Easterns 2015. However, if you’re that team on the cusp of a breakout season and want access to one of the top tournaments of the year, the EQ may just be for you. Note that the Tournament Director reserves the right to award the free bid to a deserving team in the case of a winner not being finalized in tournament play. Savage will be back as the official tournament merchandiser for the EQ 2015!

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
 
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
