Chicago Ultimate is hosting a Girls' Ultimate Movement clinic. They will build throwing, offensive and defensive skills, get to know new ladies and play ultimate. Bring a friend and join in the fun!

*No membership is required to attend GUM clinics. A free one day membership is offered at GUM clinics as a low-barrier way for youth to get involved in ultimate. **Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate
insurance and liability waiver and
medical authorization form in order to attend the clinic. The waiver can be completed online by clicking on 'Waiver Expired (Inactive)' or you can bring a signed and completed hard copy the day of the clinic. You must bring the completed medical authorization form to the GUM clinic.
