DiscNY is running a Girls' Ultimate Movement clinic. This a a great way to improve your skills or try out ultimate. This clinic is open to all skill levels and no prior ultimate experience is required. Bring a friend and join in the fun! 
 
They are thrilled to partner with professional women's team coach Eileen Murray of New York Gridlock Ultimate. Coach Eileen led Gridlock on a very successful playoff run in the Premier Ultimate League last year, and they are so excited for her to join us at this fall's GUM Clinic!
 
When: Saturday, November 7 from 12:00-3:00 pm
Rain date: Sunday, November 8 from 12:00-3:00 pm at Randall's Island Field 74
Who: Girls Ages 11-16
Where: Randall's Island, Wards Meadow Loop, Field 73, New York, NY 10035
Cost: Free! Register online or onsite. 
 
Girls' Ultimate Movement (GUM) recognizes many players use differing terms to define their gender or gender identity. GUM is inclusive of youth identifying as female, non-binary, gender fluid, transgender and/or using other self-identifying terms.

*No membership is required to attend Girls' Ultimate Movement clinics. A free one day membership is offered at GUM clinics as a low-barrier way for youth to get involved in ultimate. The membership ensures that participants receive insurance and liability coverage at the clinic. Learn more about membership benefits here, usaultimate.org/membership/benefits.aspx.
**Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate insurance and liability waiver, medical authorization form and infectious diseases waiver in order to attend the clinic. You can consent to the USA Ultimate Waiver and Infectious Diseases Waiver via the registration form to the left, your USA Ultimate member account or by completing a signed paper copy and submitting it at the clinic.
