Club Regular Season Tournament Deadlines:
1. Monday @ 4 PM PST prior to event: Team Registration (multiple steps)
  • Register your team on USAU and ensure your roster meets event regulations - all waivers completed and confirmed, all player member fees paid, event payment accepted, and team personnel minimum met
  • Register your team at Ultimate Central - Coconino Classic
  • Once your bid has been accepted, pay event bid fee ($350) at Ultimate Central - Coconino Classic
2. Tuesday, August 9th @ 8 AM PST prior to event: Schedule posted
3. Wednesday, August 10th @ 4 PM PST prior to event: Final Event Rosters 
4. Monday, August 15th @ 7 AM PST after event completion: Final Scores 
 
100% of the proceeds will go toward supporting Utlimate Peace and NAU ElPonderoso Men's Ultimate Team

Rubix Ultimate, in partnership with Flagstaff Ultimate and the Northern Arizona University Men's Ultimate Team (@ElPonderosoNAU), would like to invite and welcome everyone to the first-ever Coconino Classic in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ. We are excited to host this 4-8 Mixed Team SANCTIONED tournament at Northern Arizona State University's South Campus Recreation Complex turf fields. Flagstaff weather, far from the AZ desert, is typically in the high 70's at elevation around mid-August. The combination of pristine turf fields, elevation, and mild temperatures is a perfect way to gear up for the series. We hope teams across the country will join us for great ultimate, local food, and local spirit. Bid fee will be $350. Additional proceeds will be donated to Ultimate Peace.

Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
 
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. These instructions explain how to register teams and complete event rosters.
