Event Type:
Championship Tournament - Conference Championship Tournament
Athletes, organizers, and coaches are expected to NOT participate if they feel under the weather, sick, or have come in contact with someone that may be sick. All on-field participants (e.g., players, coaches, observers) will be provided with the option to report their vaccination status as part of the event registration process (or testing status), per USA Ultimate COVID-19 policies. On-field participants who provide proof of completed vaccination (i.e., two weeks after final dose) will not be required to wear a mask on the field of play. On-field participants who submit proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test will not be required to wear a mask on the field of play. The test must have been performed within 72 hours of the start of the event and submitted prior to participation. On-field participants who do not meet the criteria in the bullets above may participate provided they wear a mask when on the field. In the event an event participant tests positive in conjunction with the event, USA Ultimate COVID-19 policies will be followed to identify potential exposures and mitigate risk of additional exposures by removing the individual and close contacts from the event. All participants and staff must follow the CDC good hygiene practices: - Wash hands or use hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, or no-rinse soap as much as possible. - Avoid touching your face. - Sneeze or cough into a tissue or the inside of your elbow. - No sharing of water bottles or personal items. - No community event food will be provided and players are encouraged to not share food items. - All individuals will be encouraged to social distance whenever possible throughout the event. - Individuals are required to wear a medical or non-medical cloth face covering that covers the nose and mouth when entering or within an indoor space where members of different households are present or in circumstances when six feet of distance cannot be maintained or whenever in an enclosed space (e.g., restrooms, tents). - Water service will be provided by the event. Individuals are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer provided at every water station prior to touching the water source and should not mingle within the water station area. - Teams are encouraged to set up their bench areas on opposite sides of the field. Players from either team can be on either sideline during play but should maintain as much social distance as possible. When a team moves to a new field, they should set up across the field from the team already positioned at the field.

COVID-19 PRECAUTIONS: This event will adhere to the Return To Play Guidelines, and have COVID contingencies in place. Due to the rapidly changing landscape of the COVID-19 pandemic, all events and teams will be expected to comply with local, state, and USA Ultimate medical and safety requirements for the event. 

 The "2020-2021 Official Rules of Ultimate" will be used for all USA Ultimate competition. This applies to all USA Ultimate-owned and sanctioned events. The new rules are available at https://usaultimate.org/rules/ in HTML and PDF formats, along with supporting documentation highlighting and explaining the changes from the 11th Edition. The new rules are also available in the USA Ultimate app.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.
