KUYU Fall Middle School League is a club ultimate league made up of teams from Kalamazoo and Portage middle schools. Practices are held Mondays at Davis Fields at 5:30pm, and games are held every Friday at 5:30pm rotating middle schools. Fee includes insurance(through USA Ultimate), a team shirt,certified safe sport coaches and a disc. Scholarships are available if needed.

When: Practices are held Mondays at 5:30 pm and games are on Fridays at 5:30 pm.

**Each participant must complete a USA Ultimate insurance and liability waiver and medical authorization form in order to attend the clinic. You must bring the completed medical authorization form to the Learn to Play clinic. You can consent to the USA Ultimate Waiver via the registration form to the left or by bringing a signed paper copy to the clinic.
