The fall college mixed regional events use the Ultimate 4s competition rules. Ultimate 4s is an accessible variation of ultimate adapted for smaller teams and field sizes.
Each team has 2 woman-matching players and 2 man-matching players on the field at once.
Matches are best of 3 games (1st two games to 5, 3rd tiebreaker game to 3).
