Mixed 4s Regionals status:

  • Teams — we are seeking info from teams how many teams they would be sending (schools may send more than one team, but acceptance on additional teams will be contingent on event capacity.  All school's first teams will be given entry before 2nd/3rd teams are accepted.) 
  • Deadlines —
    • Team creation and email to TD: Friday, November 3, 11:59pm
    • USAU rosters: Monday, November 6, 11:59pm

The fall college mixed regional events use the Ultimate 4s competition rules. Ultimate 4s is an accessible variation of ultimate adapted for smaller teams and field sizes. Each team has 2 woman-matching players and 2 man-matching players on the field at once. Matches are best of 3 games (1st two games to 5, 3rd tiebreaker game to 3).

 College Mixed 4s resources:
