Overview of the Weekend:

Saturday 

—whenever you arrive but preferably before 830 — Each team check-in at Tournament Central

  • pick up team packets, game disc, spirit score sheets
  • show TD Tom Dorsey sample of your medical authorization forms either electronic or paper, (if not done already).   He will have a copy of your roster as well
  • NO FORMAL CAPTAINS MEETING.  Competition and rules in the program and on USAU scorereporter.

— 8:15 am  - Spirit Captain Meeting (10 min)

— 9:00 am - pool play

— 4:00 pm - last round starts.

~ 430 — food for all players, coaches, chaperones, drivers will be available at the field — Grilled meats and buns, chips, cookies.

 Sunday

— 9:00 am — Bracket Play Starts

— 10:35 am —>  All tournament Photo - all teams gather at/near tournament central to get a photo of everyone

— 1:00 PM - Last round starts

~2:45 - awards ceremony
