What you need to know!
  • Weather – bring your rain gear.  We expect rain leading up to and potentially during the weekend. Temperatures will start in the mid-60s and go to the low 80s.  
  • Fields  Thanks in advance for your flexibility and understanding.
  • Lightning – we’ll follow USAU guidelines.  If you see lightning, please stop play immediately and seek shelter.  We’ll also blow a horn to stop play and then to reinitiate play.
  • Competition Rules – see the link at right
  • Trainer – we will have a trainer onsite (Christina, 513.207.9777)
  • Score Reporting – Please post yourself via USAU app or website.  If your team has no access to USAU then text Mike for open and post on the Group for Women's.
  • Food – we’ll have regular tournament food (bananas, bagels, fruit) throughout the day on Saturday and Sunday.   We will not have a full meal as originally planned for saturday night, but youth players' families will have provided snacks and sides for everyone Saturday afternoon.

Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
 
  
 
Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate.
