U-23 Tryout Camp - West Coast - Directions

Flights:
The closest airport to the field location is Oakland International Airport (OAK).  We do not mandate when you fly in for tryout camp, but be aware that we start early Saturday morning, so we highly recommend flying in no later than Friday evening.  Please be sure to book departing flights no earlier than 6:00pm local time in order to allow ample time to leave the camp and arrive at the airport.  
 
Transportation:
From Oakland International Airport you can take the local BART System (Bay Area Rapid Transit) to the tryout camp hotel.  
  1. Take AirBART shuttle in front of Terminal 1 & 2 to the Coliseum/Oakland Airport BART Station.  The shuttle costs $3.00/person and requires exact change.  A shuttle leaves every 10 minutes.

  2. Take the train from the Coliseum/Oakland Airport Station to the West Dublin/Pleasanton Station (prices may vary).

The tryout camp hotel will have a shuttle service running from the West Dublin/Pleasanton Station to the hotel.  Contact the hotel at least one hour prior to needing your shuttle from the station.  Please be sure to tip your drivers.  More information on the hotel can be found below in the Accommodations section.

We have a room block set aside for players attending the event, however space is limited so please contact them soon to reserve your room.  To book, please use the following link: Hotel Reservation Link.  The group name is "USA Ultimate Teams" and the Group Code is "UST".  Their rates include breakfast for both Saturday and Sunday morning.  You must book by November 1st to get the group rate.  After this date the rooms will be released and the rate no longer available.  
 
In addition, the hotel will have a shuttle to and from the local BART Station, as well as a shuttle to and from the fields on Saturday and Sunday.  The costs for the shuttle are included in the rates for the hotel.
