2018 California HS Girls State Championship

 Participation Requirements:

This tournament is sanctioned by USA Ultimate and requires a membership. In order to complete the registration and be able to participate in the tournament, each player must be a USAU member ($34.50/year), and complete USAU's online Waiver and Medical Authorization (Team admin and/or coach should bring a hard copy of the Medical Authorization for all of their players).

Chaperones: 

For all USA Ultimate events, one USA Ultimate approved chaperone is required for each team. The chaperone must be listed on the team's roster. An approved chaperone is an individual who:

- Has a USA Ultimate account (no membership required);
- Has completed a USAU liability waiver;
- Is 21 or older;
- Has completed a background screening through the National Center for Safety Initiatives and received a "green light" (This process takes 2-10 days and is good for two years.).

A Coach or Chaperone must be present for each team at all times during the tournament.

REGISTERING TEAMS:

Coaches and/or Team Managers must create and register their team online and have all players registered as USAU members. See our Team Instruction Guide HERE to help you. Any team found fielding an unregistered player will be disqualified from the competition and no team members will receive a refund.
