Account Management
Food, Water and Field Supplies
  • No Tournament food will be provided but outside food is allowed with the following restrictions, NO GLASS OR STYROFOAM.
  • There will be two water stations in the middle of each field set under a tent along with a cooler with ice for personal use (please do not use it to fill your team cooler).
  • Each Field will have two shade tents and a scoreboard, if a team provides their own tent please note it must be weighted down and NOT staked down
  • Fields are lined and will have cones to mark endzones and mid-points.
 
Athletic Trainers
  • There will be two Athletic Trainers on site central to each field set. Please keep in mind that they DO NOT provide tape or pre-wrap for your players. They will only provide tape if it is an injury that occurs during a game. They will be available from 7am each day.
 
Sideline Safety
  • Players and spectators should make every effort to keep objects as far away from the playing field as possible. Sideline players should remain at least 2 yards from the field. Spectators and equipment are required to stay at least 3 yards from the field. These distances are marked with a dashed line (sideline players) and solid line (equipment) please respect these distances!
  • If a player feels that an object on the sideline is not safe, they should inform Event Staff and should refrain from playing until they are satisfied that safe conditions have been established.

Saturday Pool Play and Crossover Games
  • Games to 13
  • Round time: 105 min
  • Halftime cap: 40 min (minimum 7-minute halftime)
  • Soft Cap: 80 min
  • Hard cap: 95 min
  • Timeouts: 2 / half for each team regardless of game length or point totals
 
Sunday Bracket Games
  • Games to 15
  • Round time: 105 min
  • Halftime cap: 40 min (minimum 7-minute halftime)
  • Soft Cap: 80 min
  • Hard cap: 95 min
  • Timeouts: 2 / half for each team regardless of game length or point totals
 
  • At the halftime cap, play continues until the current scoring attempt is completed. If, after the current scoring attempt is completed, the halftime target has not yet been reached by one team, one is added to the higher score and the resulting number is the new halftime target.
  • At the soft cap, play continues until the current scoring attempt is completed. If, after the current scoring attempt is completed, the game total has not yet been reached by one team, one is added to the higher score and the resulting number is the new game total.
  • At the hard cap, play continues until the current scoring attempt is completed. If, after the current scoring attempt is completed, the score is tied, play continues until one additional goal is scored. Otherwise, the game ends. The team with the most goals at the end of the game is the winner.
