- 2024-2025 Official Rules of Ultimate will be in effect.
- All games to 15 except Great Grand Masters Women's B Pool games to 13.
- Halftime cap goes on exactly halfway to hard cap (52:30 after the beginning of the game). If neither team has reached seven or more (6 or more for Great Grand Masters Women's B Pool games) points, one point is added to the highest score after the completion of the point. Halftime will be taken once a team reaches the new halftime score.
- Halftime is seven minutes.
- Halftime length does not include the time between pulls.
- Soft time cap goes on after 90 minutes (15 minutes before the hard cap). Add one point to the higher score after the point during which the cap goes off is completed. Game ends when the first team reaches the new game total or when the first team reaches 15 (13 for Great Grand Masters Women's B Pool games), whichever comes first.
- Hard time cap goes on at the end of the round time listed in the schedule (1 hr, 45 min). Finish the point in progress and the game is over unless tied. If tied, play one more point.
- Hard caps will not be used for the semifinals and finals unless determined necessary prior to game by organizers due to scheduling constraints.
- Each team has two timeouts per half.
- Caps do not affect timeouts.
