Park in Lower Walnut Parking lot labeled Penn Park Parking Lot (Gray spot above the green) 
To get there drive down Chestnut street and turn right or left on South 30th Street or South 31st Street
Please pay at the kiosks for all day parking to prevent having to run back to the meter and paying for parking there.
Parking is $4 per hour UP TO 4 hours
Parking is $13 FLAT RATE for over 4 hours
You may choose to park on the upper part of Walnut Street and pay to the city at a hourly rate.
We are not responsible for any cars being towed if you miss a parking meter.
