Welcome to this USA Ultimate Sanctioned Affiliate League!

Minor league of 5v5 ultimate with men's teams and women's teams representing Albany County AC/DC, Schenectady County SCoUT, Saratoga County Toga, and Rensselaer County Rodeo in the Capital Region, NY. Each county will have home and away games in each of the counties. Games are on Wednesdays 5:30-7:30pm in April and May. The regular season is 6 weeks to determine county rankings, and the postseason consists of a semifinals and a championship in weeks 7 and 8 to determine the winning men's team and winning women's team.

Rostering Requirements - All event participants must have a current waiver & membership and be rostered through the USA Ultimate rostering system in order to participate. Membership Help Page
Youth Participation Requirements - These requirements must be followed for any event that involves a participant under the age of 18. This includes the requirement for a rostered chaperone.
Health, Safety and Liability Requirements - Please make sure to understand, follow, and communicate/share these requirements with all participants.
