Site Rules

  • Only turn into and out of the field complex with right turns. Do not turn left from Highway VV into the field complex.
  • The fields are open for business at 7:00am
  • No Speakers before 8:00am
  • Bring Water! Please bring a full water bottle to the fields. We have water jugs for refills throughout the day, but not enough for every player to fill up right when they arrive.
  • Dogs must be leashed and cleaned up after.
  • No glass or bottlecaps.
  • Trash/Recycling units are located all around the complex. Please dispose of all refuse, including compostable items, into the appropriate receptacles. 
  • Respect the parking crew - only park in designated areas. No parking is allowed on the west side of the driveway.
  • No camping at the fields
  • No alcohol at the fields
  • Please respect our neighbors and their property by not trespassing on their property or common areas in their subdivisions.
  • Anyone relieving themselves on the fields (or a tree, etc) will be asked to leave the field site for the remainder of the tournament.

This event is part of the Club 2024 Regular Season and will count towards club rankings. 

 

Club Regular Season Deadlines -

  1.  Monday 5 PM  prior to event: Team Registration 

  2.  Tuesday 8 AM: Schedule posted

  3.  Wednesday 5 PM: Final Event Rosters 

  4.  Monday 8 AM after event: Final Scores
