The Flock, comprised of Flight and Zephyr, aims to create a sustainable, accessible, and diverse high level ultimate program for women-matching players in the Philadelphia ultimate community. The two teams allow players at varying availability and experience levels to compete to their highest potential. Throughout the year we work to uplift and support our community through volunteering and coaching, and work on efforts to improve our fundraising, branding, and player experience. We have a very active community in our program.
