**Time-outs are UNAFFECTED by caps. Teams may call a T/O during both soft & hard cap. Both teams get a T/O in overtime regardless of team T/O's remaining after regulation**
 
NOTE: A time-out is at most 70 seconds in length + 20 seconds for the defense to set MAX.
