Soft Cap: 90 minutes from start time
Hard Cap: 110 minutes from start time

Games to 11, Point Cap at 13
Soft Cap: 75 minutes from start time
Hard Cap: 95 minutes from start time

Time-outs*: 2 TOs per half. Exactly 1 TO in overtime. Caps do not affect time outs.
