Soft Time Cap at 70 minutes
Hard Time Cap at 85 minutes (finish point. If tied play one more point. Next point begins when previous point was scored)
Two Time Outs per Half.
One Time Out in Overtime regardless of previous usage. Overtime occurs if the score reaches 12-12
