 Pool Play:
 
Pool A: Games to 11, win by 2, cap at 13.  Soft cap at 65 min (finish point, add 2 to highest score, play to that no win by 2).  Hard cap at 85 min (finish point, if tied, play one more, if not tied, game is over).  
 
Pool B: Games to 15, win by 2, cap at 17.  Soft cap at 80 min (finish point, add 2 to highest score, play to that no win by 2).  Hard cap at 100 min (finish point, if tied, play one more, if not tied, game is over)
 
Bracket Play:
 
Games to 15, win by 2, cap at 17.  Soft cap at 80 min (finish point, add 2 to highest score, play to that no win by 2).  Hard cap at 100 min (finish point, if tied, play one more, if not tied, game is over)
 
Each team has two timeouts per half.  Caps do not affect timeouts.  In overtime (10-10 in pool A, 14-14 in Pool B or Bracket) each team gets 1 timeout regardless of how many they have used thus far.
